Here are the information for the roaming services of the DFN association: DFN Roaming and eduroam

To provide network access for travelling scientists the TU Dortmund offers a roaming service which is organised by the DFN association and eduroam. It is available worldwide.

 

    

 

Information for members of other institutions

Members of other facilities, who are guests at the TU Dortmund, have the possibility, to use the wireless networks "eduroam" and "ITMC-VPN" as an access to the internet or to the domestic VPN server.

Employees of the TU Dortmund will get network access if they are travelling to other universities which offer DFNRoaming or eduroam.

Not all universities / research institutions do attend to this service.

Please ask for the individual CASG (Controlled Address Space for Gateways) adress in your institute at your home university. The VPN server of the TU Dortmund is accessible via dfnroaming.tu-dortmund.de.
