Studying without internet is unthinkable today. Therefore the ITMC offers several ways of accessing the internet (for students and employees of the TU Dortmund):

The WLAN is spread all over the campus. At central and important places you can receive the wireless network and work in the WWW.
If you are currently not at the university but need to access the inner-university network, you need the VPN client. You will find a client and a manual under the section VPN.
During conventions and other scientific events persons who do not belong to the TU Dortmund can also use the WLAN of the ITMC. If your university is supporting the DFN association, you can use the wireless network eduroam. If not, you need the guestaccount.
