Service Desk

dsc_1904_klein_200px.jpgThe Service Desk is the central contact point for all questions and problems concerning the services of the IT and media centre.  As a result the annoying search for the right contact person is rendered obsolete. 

Our aim ist to solve most problems directly at the Service Desk. When special knowledge is needed, you are redirected to the experts of the IT and media center.


You can conatct the Service Desk by email: (service.itmc at tu-dortmund.de) , by telephone: 0231 / 755 2444 and personally in the August-Schmidt-Straße 12, Campus Süd, Geschossbau V, Raum 107a.

 

Office Hoursy

Monday to Friday
9:00 am to 4:30 pm

The follwing services are available:

  • Requests are recorded and, if necessary, forwarded
  • Inquirys, e.g.application for granting or extension of a user identification, software-license certificates for employees or students
  • Take a view on brochures
  • Free  itmCD with information, e.g.about the WLAN and VPN
  • Sign up for courses of the IT and media center
  • Information about UniMail
